Recipe: Power Packed Protein Yogurt

This is a great post-workout, high protein snack! Make up a couple of containers and keep them in your fridge or insulated post workout snack bag.
Pro Tip: Throw these in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm for an “ice-cream”-like treat!

Power Packed Protein Yogurt protein yogurt

1 Cup Grassfed Greek Yogurt (Plain)
1/3 Scoop Protein Powder of Choice
2 Tbs Frozen/Fresh Blueberries * Mix thoroughly

Top with:
2 TB Sprouted Oat Granola*(I use One Degree Sprouted Oat & Quinoa Cacao Granola)
